Maddie Beard played high level travel softball for 10 years, then continued to play for three years at the collegiate level with Macomb Community College. She is currently spending her third year of her coaching career as a coach for the nationally ranked Batbusters 12u Beard and has coached them since 10u.
When instructing, she is focused on improving the players drive to play physically as well as mentally. While doing this she focuses on details, communication, and is determined to teach every player how to perform their best by bringing out their love for the game!
